ABOUT THE RIDES

(all prices are per person and include GST)

PONY RIDES: $1.00 per minute or 30 minutes for $25.00

For the children that are too young to go on the trail, we have several
ponies available. Pony rides must take place in our enclosed corral.
Barney and Willow are two of our most popular ponies.

1/2 HOUR RIDE: $25.00
Departure time: 9am, 12noon, 3pm & 5:30pm

Enjoy the wooded trail on horseback.
A rather flat terrain with the occasional sighting of rabbits, partridge,
fox and sometimes deer and moose.

1 -1/2 HOUR BEACH RIDE: $45.00
(for ages 10 and over)
Departure time: 9am, 12noon, 3pm & 5:30pm

Haven't you always wanted to ride a horse on a beach?
This is by far our most popular ride. A beautiful beach with a breathtaking view of the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Ride through a stand of spruce trees, then you're off to the beach and finish riding through a stand of hardwood trees and experience crossing a brook. It doesn't get any better than this!

3 HOUR MOUNTAIN RIDE: $90.00
(for experienced riders only)

This is the ultimate in trail riding. Ride through the foothills of the Cape Breton Highlands with spectacular views of the ocean and the village of Cheticamp, ride amongst stands of spruce and hardwood trees, cross brooks and even get to do a gallop.The ride finishes off coming home via the beach. To do this ride in 3 hours, you have to move along at a good pace. Riders will be asked to demonstrate riding ability.
